Responsibilities: Teamleader B2B Technical Customer Service
This global supplier of complex technical installations focuses on sorting lines, packaging lines, and weighing installations. They offer service contracts that range from technical support to 24/7 on-site presence.
As a team leader, you will lead a team of 6 that assesses and addresses technical inquiries. You are the link in escalations and support complex issues. You have a passion for process optimization and derive satisfaction from implementing improvements.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating daily operations and resolving escalations.
- Encouraging collaboration with internal and external departments.
- Leading and coaching your team members in their personal development.
- Initiating improvement projects for more efficient technical support.
- Contributing to the formulation and execution of strategic objectives.
- Managing performance reviews and setting concrete goals for team members.

To be successful in this role, we ask the following from you:

Completed HBO education in a technical field (e.g., mechatronics, engineering) or business-related discipline (e.g., business administration or management);

Senior-level engineering experience, with a proven track record in team leadership and development;

Extensive experience in intra-logistics, manufacturing, or related industrial automation sectors;

Strong technical background in mechatronics, integrating mechanical, electrical, and software systems;

Hands-on expertise in maintenance and troubleshooting of complex automated machinery;

Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in German, Italian, or Czech is a significant advantage;

Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively;

Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities under pressure;

Proactive and solution-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;

Calm and effective in high-pressure situations, especially when dealing with critical system failures;

The offer: Teamleader B2B Technical Customer Service
This is a full-time position, offering a salary of around € 5500 gross per month based on full-time employment. The other employment conditions will be discussed in a personal meeting.
