
Research Analyst (TEMP)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic research analyst to join an R&D Nutrition team in Wageningen. You’ll work in a life science lab, supporting the development of nutritional ingredients and products through science-based analysis.

Responsibilities : Research Analyst (TEMP)
You will be working in a life science laboratory in Wageningen as part of an R&D team focused on nutrition and health. The team conducts research to support the development of food ingredients and products by generating scientific evidence on their health benefits. In this role, you will work hands-on with in vitro digestion models and cell culture systems, contributing directly to ongoing innovation and research.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and carry out experiments using in vitro digestion models and cell cultures;

Deliver accurate, high-quality experimental results;

Analyze and interpret data, and document outcomes in reports;

Manage and organize data sets for further research use;

Support daily operations and ensure proper functioning of the laboratory.
Requirements : Research Analyst (TEMP)

Bachelor’s degree (HBO/HLO) in Life Sciences or related field;

Practical experience in cell biology and microbiology;

Skilled in:
-
In vitro digestion;
-
Cell culturing (airways, gut, immune cells);
-
(Cell-based) biochemical assays;
-
qPCR and/or dPCR (preferred);
-

Able to manage and analyze data independently;
-
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-project environment;
-
Takes initiative in lab organization and safety;
-
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written);

Team player with a hands-on attitude;
The Offer : Research Analyst (TEMP)
Through our agency, you will receive a temporary contract until the end of the year.
The salary indication for this role is between €4500 - €5000 gross per month based on a full-time workweek (38 hours). The salary is based on education and experience.
